No Churn Ube Ice Cream

Ingredients


500ml thickened cream 
1 can condensed milk (395g) 
3 teaspoons of ube extract 
1 cup ube halaya or ube jam 


Method

  •  Whisk and mix together condensed milk, ube halaya, and ube extract in a medium 
    bowl. 

  • In a separate large bowl, using a hand held or stand mixer whip the cold thickened 
    cream until medium peaks form. 

  • Fold in the ube halaya and condensed milk mixture to the whipped cream until 
    incorporated and continue to whip the mixture to stiff peaks. 

  • Spread mixture into an even layer in a freezer safe container. Cover with plastic wrap 
    and freeze overnight.

  • Makes about 1.4 liters.
