Mama Sita’s Filipino Sawsawan Three Ways

Ingredients:
For Sweet Sinamak
¼ cup Mama Sita’s Sinamak Vinegar
1.5tbsp Brown Sugar
For Garlic Vinegar
¼ cup Mama Sita’s Coconut Nectar Vinegar
2 cloves Peeled and Bruised Garlic
Black Pepper to taste
For Spiced Vinegar Blend
¼ cup Mama Sita’s Sinamak Vinegar
1 Fresh Chilli chopped
¼ Red Onion, finely chopped
2 tsp Sesame Oil
Method:
Mix ingredients in a small bowl.
Do a taste test before serving and adjust sugar/soy sauce based on preference.
This sauce can be made in advance. Store in an air-tight glass jar and refrigerate until needed.
